Transport
- Displays will be given to you in a plastic bag to make it easier for transport, this also helps the balloons keep their 'lustre' and prevents them oxidizing.
- Ensure you have space in your car or van for transporting larger items. You may need to remove shopping/buggies or lay seats flat. Balloons take up more room than you think!
- Balloons react to changes in temperature. Do not keep somewhere too cold or hot and don't leave them in a hot car (as foils can pop).
- If you have any issues please contact us as soon as possible and give us a chance to resolve or fix the issue.
Care & Service
- Orders should be placed with as much notice as possible especially for personalised items as we may have to source the products from more than one supplier.
- Balloons are a decorative item and therefore recommend children are supervised around them especially under 3s
- Helium should not be inhaled as it can cause asphyxiation
- We do not supply to or support 'balloon release' events and should be weighted when used outdoors
- The latex balloons we use are made from raw latex from sustainably managed farms they are from reputable brands such as Qualatex and Kalisan and therefore high quality. This provides better colour and durability compared to cheaper alternatives to online stores.
- Natural Rubber Latex is a natural polymer and is biodegradable. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be reused and many have self sealing valves. To deflate and keep them simply undo the ribbon knot by the valve and insert a straw to release the air from inside.
- Custom colours can be created should your event require the balloons to be matched to a particular scheme or require something completely unique.
